This in-house plan covers all routine cleanings and any necessary X-rays to help patients maintain their dental implants and protect their investment. The best part is that it’s free for the first year. After the first year, membership fees are just $50 per month.

  • How do I know if I qualify for the membership plan?

    All keith + associates dentistry implant center patients are eligible for membership.

  • How can I pay for my membership?

    We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.

  • What if I'm already enrolled in the standard keith + associates dentistry K Club membership plan?

    If you’re already enrolled in the standard K Club membership plan, you can continue with your current coverage as usual. After your dental implant procedure, you’ll receive your first year of the implant membership plan at no cost. Once that complimentary year ends, you’ll transition from the standard plan to the implant membership plan to ensure you continue receiving the specialized care and maintenance your implants require.
